Julya
Provisional Counsellor
Hi, I’m Julya, a counsellor based in Singapore.
I see counselling as a safe space where you can pause, reflect, and make sense of life’s challenges. My role is to walk alongside you — with genuineness, respect, and curiosity — as we explore what matters most to you.
I work with youths, young adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity issues, and neurodiversity (such as ADHD or autism). I also support caregivers and families in fostering understanding and connection.
My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with influences from person-centred and values-based approaches. Let’s work together toward clarity, calm, and meaningful change — at your pace, in your way.
Modalities:
● Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Credentials:
● Master’s degree in Counselling, Monash University
● Master’s degree in Special Education
Professional Membership:

Abigail
Provisional Counsellor
I started my career in the banking sector and a personal experience changed my perspective of what I wanted for my career. I witnessed how counselling helps one to manage emotions and challenging periods of our lives. That is the point where the decision to be accredited as a counsellor was made. This lead me to join a non profit organisation where I supported clients facing different life stressors like relationships or work issues and suicide ideation. As your counsellor, my approach will be empathic and person-centered and will work with you to do manage the difficulties you are facing. I am also a Provisional Clinical Member of Singapore Association for Counselling.
Modalities:
● Gottman Method
● Psychodrama
● Mindfulness Coaching
● Emotional Focused Therapy
Credentials:
● Master of Counselling, Monash University
● Gottman Method (Level 1 and 2)
